The Holocaust
The Holocaust was a turning Point In the history of the thousands of people who were victomized by it ,and also those who stood by and watched. The Holocaust which also means "Sacrafice By Fire" took Place In Germany and Started in the January of 1933. The holocaust or "sacrafice by fire" Was Aldolf Hitlers way of eliminateing Any person (Includeing Non-jews) that he Deemd Insoficiant or religiously/ racialy inferior. Adolf Hitler was the leader of this movement and him and his troops who were the Nazi Regime were responsible for the annihilation of Two Thirds of The jewish population. In the first few years the nazi had concentration camps made in order to detain all of the people they persecuted. In these camps there were small cabins that would house many starving, diseased and unhealthy people. The men and women were kept in seperate houseing arangements. Following the Soviet Union invasion by Russia in 1941, the extermination camps were created. These camps contained gassing houses which was another way the nazi would murder these captives of theirs. They would Make their captives strip down, and shove them into the gass house by numorous numbers, lock the doors then fill the room with toxic gasses and wait untill each one of the prisoners were dead. Other than that many just died of starvation or being killed other ways. By 1945, about six million Jews were dead. The Holocaust ended at the end of World War 2 when Russia and U.S had teamed up to defeat the Nazi. Durring the 1994 and 1995 time periods the Jews and other captives were being let out of the camps in certaint places and by 1995 Hitler had died and the Nazi gave up completely and surrenderd to " The Allies" (Russia and U.S).
